Been so busy with Uni and everything that I’ve no time to keep this updated. BUT… I have been on track and over the past two weeks I’ve lost 2lbs and cm’s off of my waist, hips and thighs.
Heres my current stats…
Weight - 8stone 13lbs
BMI - 19.5
Thigh - 53, Waist 62, Upper arm 24, Belly 79cm
Body Fat - 24.62%
